The Ilan Lev Method is a new way of movement language and hands-on treatment.
It offers individual sessions and group movement classes.
Both give you the opportunity to experience a full range of states from deep relaxation over releasing tension to excitement or even ecstatic feelings.
Everything encountered in the treatment can be taken away from the clinic into the world. The body-mind system gets a unique opportunity to let go of stress, old patterns, habits, and pains. This opens a possibility for rising up new solutions, followed by refreshment, regeneration, and healing of the system.
The treatment is focused on the physical body and can relieve chronic pain, joint problems, and limitations of movement. During the hands-on session, the patient lies on the table and the practitioner moves the body from all directions giving something that is best described as an infusion of life.

Die Ilan Lev Methode ist eine neue Art der Bewegung und der Körperarbeit.
Die Behandlungen und Bewegungskurse bieten das gesamte Spektrum von Entspannung über Aufregung bis Ekstase und lassen uns die ganze Bandbreite des Lebens erfahren. Was auch immer wir in der Behandlung erleben, können wir aus der Erfahrung in die Welt tragen. Das Körper-Geist-System kann alte Muster loslassen. Es entsteht Raum für neue Möglichkeiten. Im Hands-On treatment werden Elementen aus der Bioenergetik, der Reflexzonenmassage und der Feldenkrais Methode eingesetzt.
