In the contact improvisation classes, we work with a deep research on an individual and “in dialog” embodied presence, grounding, release and spatial mobility. Connection with textures, materials and systems of an own body, become an obvious & embodied gate to enter into the relation with a ground, space, as well as into physical relation with the other moving bodies.

Entrance to the work has a strong support of a deep studies around touch through soft movement mobilisation and somatisation based on Ilan Lev Method technique, as well as embodied and experiential anatomy.

In an advance classes the work with CI technique, approach and practice is used to work with compositional language, while inviting performative context and choreographic situations.
